Hard it is to Find The Game's DownLoad Button !.

There's nothing wrong with the site. Only registered members can download from the download (resource) section. That's why unregistered users see the words "Please register for a free account to download" on a game's page in the resource section.
The site owner made a conscious decision to do this. When you register a blue download button is visible.
