Account should be activated automatically. Not sure why you're claiming there's issues.
Some features are not enabled for users when they create a fresh account as bot protection, e.g. the ability to send direct messages to other users, but these turn on after a week. I've updated your account settings to have the 1-week status so that should not be an issue in this case.
I'm also going to edit your post to scrub the email, for privacy reasons.
