Based on @kurt7040's 'Ino Costume 1.0' mod, this mod isolates the bottoms, adds some changes, and makes them RGB adjustable.

RGB adjustable bandages over her right eye, it uses the eyewear slot. I'm not sure how I feel about this one. I would have preferred to have them under the hair layer but no clothing slot does that. So I settled for making it look like they go through and under the hair at the back of her head...
