Yes thats actually part of the prop itself so always shows through the texture.
These are one of my most used pants props from a set created by somebody called Redviper.
Its thes same pair used in the logo too

Would be nice to design a prop, I'd have one for Kiri as the gusset is huge on her briefs, the crotch seam would go about halfway up the front to the waistband.

Basic props are quite easy to create in Poser Debut but I haven't tried to create clothing as it is a lot more difficult. I get pretty good results texturing the pre-existing garments though
