Hyborian Kiri has a history with Delia. When the city was taken down by the local resistance, Kiri was defeated by Delia. She'd already been taken down into the castle torture chambers, where Delia and the sorceress Mithrelle personally saw to her torture.

Once defeated, she and Delia made a deal. She helped her escape Tortage, and into the surrounding jungle. As a privilege for getting to save her, Kiri would come back on occasion to the island, to meet Delia outside of town. Then Delia would make good on her constant threat, and impale Kiri on a spear up her ass.
