This mod is intended to be used together with the Vanilla Pantyhose mod (Feet4Heels version):

This is basically only a pattern which is applied on top of the pantyhose.
It uses the legwear B slot.

great for a secretary look, works great on loader though I do turn the opacity of the stockings down a little

the mod doesn't work for me, i tried to load it but just nothing is visible.
I'm the only one experiencing this issue?

Are you using the Loader?
The mod seems to not work with the vanilla SDT.swf
