Hey may, check if the earing is working correct, for me it has a weird physic and move around girl's ear, not stick to her ear at all

Hm. I played around with the earring for a bit and managed to get the behavior you described.
Looks like the physics simulation is applied to the earring, which is used to make dangling earrings look nice.
Will see that I can find out how this can be suppressed.
