This hat is, by design, a standalone version of the hat from Nimi Nightmare's model (see
relevant hair mod here). When Nimi debuted her "adult" form, this included an updated version of her hat with a more stylized hospital cross. As the hat has been updated, the standalone RGB version shall be updated as well.
Both versions will be available for download, as the slight differences give end users options as to which model to use.
