Improved his arm for the Whole Back version

New Restraining position

Added a new position where the other guy pins her to the floor while she's kneeling.

Whole Body version for front.

Made a whole body version. I also included 3 positions that would go well with it. I also included the old version in-case anyone still wanted it.
