High-Waist Shorts for ThickerThighs 1.1

Improved the graphics of the shorts a bit, added slightly varied versions and changed up the design slightly. Only the regular height versions for now. Also Not going to bother making versions with ThickerThighs built in, just complicates things if TT gets updated.

Character Folder compatible versions have been added to the Standalone versions, more info in the download.

Fixed a masking issue that revealed itself when leaning forward causing the chest layer to show over the extra thigh meat added by ThickerThighs.
