A swf mod of Haru's Phantom Thief hat and mask (As a headwear and eyewear), made for use with Rod's dynamic Haru hair.
There are two versions, dynamic and static. The static version has the feathers as just part of her hat, the dynamic version treats them as dynamic hair strands. Dunno how well that can be made to play with moreclothing, so if you want it in your mc, you can just use the static version.
