Fishnets by KIR (2015)
Note that the Vanilla version of the fishnets includes the RGB functionality shown above, but the fishnets will not layer under footwear properly. The Loader version of the fishnets do layer under footwear, but do not have RGB functionality. Pick whichever works better for you.
