Discord - A New Way to Chat with Friends & Communities
Discord is the easiest way to communicate over voice, video, and text. Chat, hang out, and stay close with your friends and communities.
You can actually adjust the color using the list widget on the top left side on the 'Loader' tab:
Select the item labeled 'V::CostumeLegwear', then adjust the color using the sliders below.
It's also possible to save the settings and have them applied automatically when put into a character folder.
