Yes, the character editor has enough options and textures that I can pretty much get this look where I want it. I'm going to post up several characters in the Pan'Tian non-armor outfit, show a slight variation on the tops, but the look is otherwise pretty standardized. Kiri for one has tried this on, but uses white plastic bottoms.
