It does not work for me. Sliders appear, but I can not choose a color.

You did select the corresponding item ("His Balls" or "His Penis") from the list above the RGB sliders, right?
Maybe there is a dependency to some other mod. I'm using sby's loader pack, which has a bunch of mods pre-configured. You might want to try this one.
