I think I get you mean by "different, but still rainbow".
You want to basically shift the colors to a different part of the rainbow.
This is not gonna work with RGB adjustments.
However, I could imagine using a full rainbow pattern together with a mask for the heel shape.
The color sliders would have to be used for controlling which part of the rainbow pattern is shown by the mask.
This might actually be an interesting thing to try.
