this mod tells me that there is no game_pak found but i see the game_pak flie ?

Search for game_pak inside Archeage instalation folder ( because the game now has a new publisher) , make a backup of the file, unzip and put all files of download inside your Archeage folder with the game_pak, run nudemod.bat and follow on screen instructions.
