it comes with a word doc on how to use the project template, it comes as a fla so you will need something like flash professional to compile it. As of 'V1 extra' now comes with a FlashDevelop project source, FlashDevelop is a free open source alternative: FlashDevelop.org - Welcome
if using FlashDevelop, likely will need adobe air sdk to compile:

Yo, this is great stuff, thanks for taking the time to make this.
As mentioned, what would make this groundbreaking, also for dialogue writers, would be if you didn't need flash to do this.
Would a decompiler be possible and then leave a bunch of placeholders you could change?
