What is Loader and how do i use it. (1 Viewer)

I downloaded bunch of files that are .mod what do i do with them,where do i download Loader ? I am new and this Loader stuff is very confusing for me.

I found out about this game a few of days ago and I pretty much learned how to do stuff myself, it's not hard! 8) (quickly became one of my favorites along with AA2)
There's a search bar for a reason, no need to make a thread your issue.
