I feel like a Toriel character would be amazing, as I think she is so cute.
I cannot find a good reference shot, unfortunately.

You're going to need to put at least some effort into a request if you want it to be fulfilled.

This sort of request has two obvious approaches:
  • humanized
    • example
    • retain the normal anime-girl face
    • create a hairstyle which includes stylized hair strands (to give the visual impression of drooping ears)
      • a SWF hairstyle would allow the strands to dangle, but a static PNG would be easier to complete
    • include horns in the hairstyle if desired (note: protruding horns aren't ideal for a blowjob-simulator game, because they tend to stab into the male character's abdomen)
    • optional: use the hairsyle in conjunction with a charCode which applies a white tint to the girl's skin
  • original
    • example
    • create a SWF mod which replaces the anime-girl head with a furred head including elongated snout
      • this is a non-trivial modding task; it demands a bunch of coding in addition to the visual work (because it changes the way that the mouth interacts with the penis)
    • create a rudimentary hairstyle (PNG or SWF) which includes the ears
      • as mentioned above, full-sized horns aren't ideal for gameplay reasons. You could shrink the horns to ameliorate the "stabbing" issue, or you could rotate and reposition them so that stabbing does not occur. Or you could simply include the original horns and ignore the issue.
To start, you'll need to choose one of these options. Either option could be complemented by background images, dialogue files, and clothing mods - which would apply equally well to both variants. If you want to get really fancy, then we could create mods for the arms and legs also. But it's traditional to create the hairstyle first, because it's the most important component for establishing a SDT character.

If you want this to happen then show that you're committed to the idea. Do some research, find images, write the outline for a dialogue, trace vectors for your reference images, etc. Don't just expect a modder to do hours of work on the basis of two sentences that you've written.
