If you mean
"my computer can't reliably download a single 800 MB file" then there's an option to download it in 200 MB chunks.
If you mean
"my computer has less than 800 MB of free disk space" then please clean up your HDD.
If you mean something else then please explain it in greater detail. Someone might be able to suggest a workaround.
I dislike the idea of re-uploading miscellaneous files because:
- it's a waste of server storage space (which increases the hosting cost of the website)
- it separates the file from its author (authors are less likely to receive recognition or feedback for their work)
- the files are already available (I'll be much more cooperative if you're asking for a "lost" file which isn't available in any archive)
