I'm trying to make a footwear mod and it's not showing up in game. I've made mods for other costumes and they all work fine, though anything I do I can't get footwear to show anything on the character.

    I'm using the CS5 stdmod.fla with CS 6 and STD 17b

Image of the mod in game, Pumps is in the footwear costumes but the shoes aren't there...

First problem is that you were modding in the wrong place. The feet are two separate movie clips inside the Footwear Template [you renamed it as Pumps]. What I usually do is keep double clicking inside the templates until you see Reference in the Timeline. Then you can mod on top of that.

Second is that the .fla has to be called [SDTMod.fla] and remain inside the folder where the [README.txt] and [ExampleMod.swf] is. You can rename this folder but not the .fla.

Here is a fixed version, complete with the finished mod.
Remember to delete the reference layers if you publish it in flash again.
