I can try to make request, only problem is the image is bad quality

The image is fine, while low res the angle is exact, it could be traced but there are few artists around with those skills, in any case the hairs is rather generic, you should be able to fine something usable if only you'd have to color shift it in game. have a look at mineurs' thread this is kinda their style
