I keep seeing screenshots of different users' games with what appear to be stats running across the top, is that a mod or a hidden feature in the SDT .swf?

It's the Loader mod. Adds all kinds of cool shit.

wouldn't really call it a mod. . . as that would imply that you would load it into sdt

it is a loading interface that uses a modified sdt to allow more modding capabilities:

think of it as a different version of sdt that permits flexible mods.
