With the new rubicon login you get 3 portraits of your characters... before you enter


Search google images or whatever for a pron pic that best represents your character

save the image and open a image editor like gimp(whatever) and resize the image to 128x128 256x256 512x512 and 1024x1024 save image and open the folder ..\Document and Settings\owner\Local Settings\CCP\EvE\e_program_files_tranquility\Cache\Pictures\Characters

In there you should see the existing cache of your avatar and all others you've clicked on. If hard to find your own... delete/rename folder.... login in to eve and click you own accounts portraits... log out and relolk at that folder.

Having found the portraits of your avatar eg 91629382_256.jpg rename each of your avitar portraits from the files you have created to each size... 128.. 256.. etc eg. so your pron image of 128 is ...your avatar number.jpg

Then.... before you relaunch the game... r=click your images to properties and click read only else eve will reload originals.

Only the portrait when you look at your info and click to enlarge it. Your in station avavtar is a something that needs texmod and lots of editing.
