For starters, I modified TOlive's Christie Monteiro hair into a workable 'do for Chell - also available here, along with char code(works best on "dark" skin setting, imo)

You can use Vector Magic or something to export the image as a vector. That'll get rid of the pixelation, although you'll need to retouch the shading.

Thanks faceless, I'll have to check that out. And also for your help in the footwear help thread, It's thanks to you that I got these things to work at all.
