What do you mean?

Are you talking about her pulling off automatically? You can prevent this by repeatedly left-clicking the mouse or setting his hand to free in Scene > Him > Arm

Or are you talking up dialogues getting interrupted or not triggering when his dick is in her mouth? You can prevent this by setting all the dialogue lines to Thought by going to Modding > Custom Dialogue > Edit > Select the first line > While holding shift click the last line > Set Selected Line to Thought.

I'm not sure what animtools has to do with this

if using the loader, there is an 'auto hold' toggle button setting.
i think i set it to the 5 key in my loaderpack. (not numpad 5)
