Any mod that makes the guy a little slimmer or smaller?

The only mod I think about right now is the Shinji (from Neon Genesis Evangelion) male replacer by Wyld_Card (Wyld_Card's Mods - Evangelion Mod Pack + Shinji (Updated 1/22/15) | Undertow) that can be found in the ressources manager: Shinji Male Replacer | Undertow
