silent desire 3's released on 2nd of October
i've got no idea how much ryona content'll be in it, as i've just started downloading it ;P
SD3's controls (listed on the website)
- z = comfirm / attack with weapon
- x = cancel / show menu
- up down left right arrow keys = movement
(hold shift + arrow keys = change direction)
- A = attack (ranged)
- C = change
(character, you've got more than 1 character in sd3)
- Q = quit
(as in skip turn in dungeon)
- S = sort
(as in sort items while you're on the item menu in dungeon)
- F = "immediately show" the dialog
(holding it will skip dialogs at high speed)

i've only reached chapter 2, so these're what i knew so far
the game plays like a "visual novel x chocobo dungeon", where you'll go through most of the story and events on a visual novel styled screen, such as this:
(i'm not sure if this's the correct way to attach the pictures, but it works on the preview changes ;P)
Asha is a swordswoman working for the Guild
the Guild Master handed a job to her, which is [Simulation Battle Against Golem]
on that day of that [Simulation Battle Against Golem],
as you can see on the 1st pic above, she fought with the golems
but in the middle of the fight, a [Magical Formation Trap] activated on her, and it sucked off her power and she fainted after being saved by her friends/guildmates
after waking up and chit-chatted with the guildmates who saved her, the objectives of the game and the whole story're drawn out on one page of paper :
and so, Asha and Silfa set out for a quest to search for Asha's [Magical Power Source]

the first thing you'll see and had problem with, if you're not familiar with japanese, will be the town menu
and here it is, step by step walkthrough of "what's what" on the town menu
i've added in a step by step "examples" on each(non-repeating) transaction/usage of the town menu's functions, you shouldn't be having problem other than the item names, if you could understand what i'm writing next :

in dungeon/cave
right after going into the dungeon, you'll probably feel as if you're playing games such as chocobo dungeon, minus the narrow path connecting between rooms
i've got no idea what that genre is, but, whatever ;P

=> finding those [Gems] means [Magical Power Source] recovered
[Magical Power Source]'s location
- magic power flows toward the direction of the ground
=> Asha's [Magical Power Source] went into somewhere in the ruins?
=> culprit's objective's to activate the ruins?
- [Magical Power Source] reacted toward each other, attracting and pulled against each other
=> クリス(Chris) and エリー(Erie)'ll search for them together; their magic power and holy.. power? could influence them gems
=> it should be ok together with シルファ(Silfa)
the whole thing can then, be summarized again into "探索(search) -> 発見(found) -> 復活(revival)"
and so, Asha and Silfa set out for a quest to search for Asha's [Magical Power Source]

- the teleporter only teleports you back to town, nothing else
- if you press "X" while you're in dungeon, you can open up the menu:

when you attack, the enemy'll be shown on the "enemy portrait", while your character portrait shows an attacking pose:
fireball, slash
character portrait changes depending on your status and remaining hp

i've only seen "poison", and i'm kinda lazy to screen every pose with poison on them, so there's only 2 pics with poison on Asha
and, when it comes to fire, if the monster cast fireballs on you, there're chances of them burning off your (leaf?) items too
and, to conclude this long post; memories?

it slowly changes them from a normal human into a mudpile, or it's just covering them in mud?
you can actually see Silfa slowly fading off into a mudpile while you're going through the dialogs, so you won't be able to see everything if you pressed "f" to skip the dialogs, because the picture changes very slowly, into this :
