Shota Fight! ~Battle F*ck with Girls~ [Toukaido] | DLsite
The title is a misnomer because the boy doesn't fight the girls the same way. Instead, he punches with Z key and uses his slingshot with X key. The game is a 2D action platformer where a boy must fight his way through a bunch of girls, women, and female creatures who try to get him off. Most enemies try to knock the player down and attack him, but some have stun moves which keep him standing and dazed, thus leading to another kind of attack. It's a short game with only four stages, but completing the game unlocks a debug room which lets you fight any of the regular enemies. It's still refreshing to find "reverse-rape" games that aren't RPG Maker.
