Sdt doesn't recognize my .png hair (1 Viewer)

Hi, I dont now if im posting this on the right place, (english isnt my first language) but I cant load my hair import, do you know why could this be? The problem only happens with this 2 hairs specifically:

I tried both of them. The both work fine. Make sure you using the HAIR import in the SDT options menu. Also, if you are trying to save a character with these hair pieces, make sure the hair pieces are in a folder the branch off from the SDT folder itself. To make it easier.

EXAMPLE:

C:\Program Files\SDT would be the root folder for SDT.

Create a new folder with that folder so it would be named as such C:\Program Files\SDT\Hair
When you want to import a hair. Navigate to that folder and load the hair from there. Help that helps you out.
