I have a mod (not yet uploaded) which would cover the entire body. Would you want that? Or do you really want it to be specifically the right breast.

Well I'm planning on making multiple images here for all the body. But I would like to have them in pieces so you can use them for different characters and mix and match and what not

This is not exactly what you wanted cause it's not in pieces nor is it based on the image you provided but feel free to check it out.
