Nude Mai already exists. I believe Timmyc hammered her out within days of release. In fact I'm pretty sure there are multiple mods for her including @SaafRats variants of HLUD, HLOD, Ultra and the delicious bushy versions of each are done as well. Saaf'll update his thread here eventually but you can check loverslab. You need to register and login to find it.
DOA5 modding was far stronger here at release but now it is mostly loverslab and some Japanese sites though many mod authors post here as well it isn't uncommon for updates to be a little late. I'd post a link but I couldn't find if that was allowed by author
