I was wondering if any modders would be interested in making a costume for Rachel Stanley from History's Strongest Discipline Kenichi.

Please read the rules: you need to provide side-view images when making a request. You'll also need to specify which costume elements you actually want. It would also be a good idea to state what sort of work you are willing to put into the project.

It's unusual to create a costume for a character whose hairstyle has not yet been added to SDT. Hairstyle modding projects tend to be quicker and more accessible (i.e. Flash software not required) so that might be a good "first step" for this project.

Aside from that, there are some minor inconsistencies among the reference images w/r/t fitting. Most of the images show the top fitting closely under the armpits, but this one leaves a large gap (exposing much of the inframammary fold). There's also heavy inconsistency regarding colours, so you should probably specify one of the reference images as definitive.

The mask could be setup fairly easily as a HEADWEAR item which covers the "top half" of the face (roughly speaking: a triangle defined by forehead-nose-earlobe). Like this. If you want the mask to cover the lower jaw then it would need to stretch during gameplay, which requires extra modding work.

One of your images shows the footwear, but it's only a partial side-view with poor lighting. Since they seem to be fairly generic cowboy boots, I'd suggest searching through existing mods (example) just in case you can find something that's "close enough" to what you're looking for.

The pendant on the collar could be physics-animated, but not if you're looking for a vanilla import.

The leather fringes would probably look a bit fake as static elements, but they are probably too numerous to be rendered dynamically -- the FPS impact would be excessive, as would the modding workload. What's your preference here? Omit them; include them as static elements; insist on dynamic rendering?

One image shows a cape/cloak, but the view is incomplete. If you want this item included then you'll need to find proper reference images.
