Animtools can be used to change the positions, poses, and movement of the characters. It cannot add a third character because the game logic will not support such an inclusion. The game would not know what to do with another boy or another girl. Such features have been considered in the context of new development work, but it would be very difficult to create a SDT mod which fulfills the requirement.

There's an old mod named TwiceTest which puts two girls on screen, but they do not "cooperate". They must "take turns". The user can press a key to switch between them. This mod is also very performance-intensive. It will diminish your framerate, to the extent that some users consider the mod to be unusable.

There are several group-sex mods which draw an extra character into the scene and force the new character to perform a repetitive animation loop (such as continuous thrusting, cowgirl bouncing, or solo masturbation). The extra character might be drawn as part of an animated background, or they might be drawn as an attachment to the body of a standard character. These characters are not truly interactive; they cannot be controlled by the player and do not respond to in-game events (such as orgasm or asphyxiation). Nonetheless, they may still be useful for players who wish to setup a group-sex scene.

The items above are merely suggestions; of course it's always possible to create another mod. If you have a specific idea for a new mod then please feel free to describe it here. Remember that we already have a few group-sex mods, so you should tell us what makes your idea different. Try to describe how the characters would interact, how the player would control them, how they would be animated, and so on. I would also encourage you to draw a sketch or find reference images so that we can understand your idea more clearly.

Dante's made a few mods that add more people to the game, such as reverse cowgirl an a helper that stands behind her. You might want to check those out.
