how do i add the hairs i download directly to the options menu for hair selection, also nose and skin color selection.... ok how do i in general add new choices to the options menu instead of loading the hair manually each time or load character. hope this makes sense.

example: i would like to add a new nose shape to the menu selection i attached the image just as example.. nose is for Dr. Girlfriend character i am working on. but anyone is welcome to use for whatever
