I downloaded umod v1 but i have no idea how to use it no matter how do i fix

It's a problem I had for a while too, but uMod's folder needs to be on the desktop, and you need to add Onigiri.exe to the program.

Then you need to click "Use Global Hook" so it works with the game

Hello. I have a kind of bug does not work glamourous female nm. instead it changes a woman's body type 2 "slender".

Less of a hassle than anything else. You can even disable/enable while playing, without needing to restart
