She's rather obscure to me but from what I can tell she's in a pretty popular anime/dating-sim. Here are some reference shots.

I only want the hair so just use the hair template. If it's possible I'd like a template with the hair accessory and one without, or a template with a removable hair accessory. I'm sure it won't be hard.

Sorry for the bad images, they were all I had at the time, seeing as how I'm not sure of her name and therefore in a bad position to search for good reference images.
