Seriously though, DA2 any good?
I got bored of DAO quite quickly.

Personally I thought it was very impressive [had a decent story too] though DA:O was designed for PC, DA:2 was designed for consoles [you'll notice the difference immediately, and it allows for a great deal more character control...sry...went to college for game design and development]

And to keep from breaking any rules I do have a few additional reference shots to add as well.

That bloody bandana. I just stuck any pattern on it, the original was quite much. Her chin piercing won't work, neither hair or collar mods move along with the jaw, sadly.

One dragon age fan here. Just noticed this thread though, didn't take part in the request.
You've done a lot of work with next to no (proper) reference shots and no comments from the op (at least so far).

So here's at least a thank you from me. I think you did a great job on those three.

Not being a big fan of piercings in general, I always disliked Isabella's chin piercing ingame, so I actually prefer the way you did her here :)
Your Morrigan is also pretty awesome. Only thing I have to add is that her hair looks a bit grayish. Might have looked better if it was a bit darker, but I'm not complaining, she looks great.

Leliana has a more round chaped head in the game so she works less well as the other 2 with the "sdt head shape"
But I know you can't change that ;) Great job on her hair though, I like that you made her braid fall backwards as if it was swept aside.

I'm gonna have lots of fun with that hair.

Also, on a side note: I played both DA:O and DA2. DA:O will last longer. DA2 is really more of a Console game.
It's alright, but nowhere near as deep and good as DA:O was. At least in my humble opinion.

And again, many thanks from me for that Morrigan hair. Even more impressive with the apparent lack of viable references.

Yeah they made DA2 a lot more console gamer friendly.. Hope they do a better job on the third game.
The story was still good though, but the combat made no sense whatsoever.
Waves of foes jump spawning out of buildings.., corpses exploding with a slash of a dagger >.>

The whole Button = Awesome mentality they're going with is just......

Blimey, fans! Glad to see you people like them. The lack of references was indeed a pain. Some thoughts:

- Isabela's piercing is indeed ugly.

- I might have a look into darkening Morrigan's hair. Now that you mention it, it does look a bit light.

- DA2 sucks compared to Origins.

It just occured to me that the the character creation screen allows for taking pictures of profile views. Can anyone make a large profile view screenshot of Merrill's hair and tattoo as well as Bethany's hair? I'd like to at least try to do these two as they were requested. The haircolour you capture doesn't matter, but preferrably use a colour that shows clear differences in highlights and shadows (not pitch black or bright white). I've got a console version, taking screens of my TV isn't optimal. It would be much appreciated.

Light Brown/Orange seemed to me to be the best colour for highlight differences.

Hmm, the Bethany hairmodel looks pretty shoddy. I can see why they gave her dark hair. Alright, these will do quite nicely. Especially since I had just one Merrill reference from the first post. Cheers mate.

And I agree. Merrill's the best LI in de game.
Too bad bioware made her (and the rest of the elven race in DA2) so skinny though.
Otherwise a pretty cute girl with a lovable personality.

Merril kinda looks(and acts at times) like a little child.
Which made me feel a lil awkward when picking her as my LI.

But it does have something sweet about it, though.
