Loader.swf not working in Adobe Flash Projector 11 (32 bit) (1 Viewer)

So the loader. swf refuses to open with adobe Flash Projector 11.1 (32 bit) anymore, this is the first time it refuses to open now, tried using the latest version of Adobe Flash Projector and it runs fine, but causes major fps drops, reason I stuck with the 11.1 (32 bit) for better performance. Anyone else having this issue all of a sudden? Also I'm running windows 10 64 bit, maybe something in one of the updates has caused this not to work any longer ?

Loader still works fine here - also on Win 10 Pro (64 Bit), Flash standalone version 11.1
