Loader Mod List Missing (1 Viewer)

I got the loader to work but I'm having a problem with it. All of the tutorials I've found said a list of mods can be found in a tab. I know that tab replaced help in the menu, so I believe that list would be that box with what looks like a scroll bar. I can't get anything to appear in that box, however. I edited the text file like the tutorial said and put the mod in the right place, but nothing shows up on the box. I can somewhat load them from the modding tab but files always seem to be missing. I didn't do anything else to the loader or it's files and I am using the flash projector. Am I doing something wrong?

Saved characters appear in the built in character list.

to be fair, i thought that was where the loader mods were supposed to show up as well when modguy made the change
