Don't know if a thread relating to this has already been made here?
In any case... I'm a big fan of interactive adult stories. Mostly relating to ryona content.
The two sites relating to this (both of which feature ryona content) that I know of are:
CHYOO2 and http://www.scworlds.net/FI/index.html
Chyoo has a vast array of ryona and non-ryona content for all preferences, the only issue is finding them but it's not that hard. The site has an extremely easy format to use and people add their own story steps to it as they please.
SCWorlds is a text adventure game that can be played from within the browser and is probably one of the easiest to control of any text adventure I've played in a while. The drawback? It's heavy on furry content. The entire game is about you being a human male or female survivor. At the beginning you can choose a specialisation (since it's RPG) this specialisation and the ones earned later (one per level after level 3) can also be used to limit the content you want to have. Then as you progress you will encounter various mutants which will give you a dice roll based combat system (you can also equip weapons to increase damage and stuff before progressing), during combat you can choose to attack, use item, flee or submit. If you keep attacking or try to flee and fail/die you can never entirely die in the game, it will just start the monster-unique text sequence for him or her winning which will mutate you. You also have a different sequence for submitting which will also cause mutations on you. The goal is however to beat the monsters and do missions and puzzles relating to people you find while navigating and exploring the areas. I also suggest that you open a note pad while playing this game so you can type in it what your current quests are and where you have to go back to complete them.
Most quests consist of hunting for specific monsters (in the 'help' menu you can find the command for hunting for specific creatures) and defeating them in combat.
The game features ryona, vore, etc... but no mutulations or deaths. Defeating enemies just defeats them but you never kill them, if enemies defeat you they just do with you as they please and then leave you, but you also still don't die.
The game does have a few game overs, one based on turns which is extended by certain actions and one based on your sanity if you lose all your sanity you get different game overs (none involve dying) depending on the mutations and such you have.
