Im a noob to this site and game so i could use some mod help (1 Viewer)

all i know how to do is change hair, i dont know how to add anything else and apparently theres alot to add, something im looking to add is maybe more gagging and chocking but i dont know how to even find one, then if i did i dont kn ow how to load it.
i downloaded the "Loaded" but when i did that nothing really happend

yay, people using my videos :D

the video is a tad old, and some things have changed since its creation:
the loader tab is now built into the regular menu system, it replaces the help tab
all of the loader character folders are now found in the regular character menu
modguy fixed the in-game character saving since the video
the 'Mods Folder.exe' has been replaced with a java version 'Mods Folder.jar'
the file called 'Mods.txt' in the 'Mods' folder is now called 'CharacterFolders.txt', and rightfully so

The video sorta helped, but its out of date with the current loader so it didnt help enough to get it working properly for me

Perhaps I'm just terrible with computers all around. But I've done the following:
Downloaded the current version of SDT.
Downloaded Loader v5.35.
Downloaded perhaps 6 of the common mods.
Attempted to open these mods by going into the game and clicking, "Swf Mod..." in the import section.
Nothing happens. Could someone walk me through this more definitively?
