The percentage thing is the loader. In order to get the loader, you have to figure out the password to the board. It's not all that hard to do it. If you have a folder or something, then when you download a mod, put it in that and load the mod swf mod in the modding tab. I think there is other ways to do it, and I am sure someone else is going to come and say those options as well.
