How to stop mods being loaded on other characters? [FIXED] (1 Viewer)

Hey there! First post here :D

My most pressing problem is that hair.png and .swf files are being loaded on multiple of my custom characters, even when I don't want them to.

E.g. I have a hair file and .swf file for this character:
[attachimg=1]

But it also loads for this character(which i don't want it too):
[attachimg=2]

Note the hair and reverse cowgirl which i do not want in the latter character; i actually just want one of the default hairstyles.

This also happens for my other custom characters.

Please help! My characters are being 'ruined' ;(

Apologies in advance if this has been addressed before and/or i'm just being a complete idiot. xD

Alright let's see if I understand the situation.
You made a couple custom characters and when you switch between them mods/hair stay loaded.

So your mods folder should look something like this:

Mods
-$INIT$
-$OVER$
-$RESET$
-Character1
- -Hair.png
- -Mod.swf/Mods.txt
- -Code.txt
-Character2
- -Code.txt
-CharacterFolders.txt

Am I correct?

Alright, if that is the case the hair should not stay loaded. Unless the hair is in a .swf.
For the case of the mods I have not found any way to stop it unless you made the mod or have the source code to it. As you would have to program an unload function in the mod which unloads all the features.
I know of no other way but maybe someone else does.

settings.txt -> resetCharOnChange=1
