How to mod Clothes? (1 Viewer)

Hello my friends. So Apperantly it's a bit dificult to find specific thread i want in this forum , that's why i came to this. I Got a questions:

If i got a PNG cloth how can i put inside the game? It's only by CS5 or it can be done by the game itself?

If i'm breaking any rule i'm sorry :p

Hi

PNG files can be used only for hair and backgrounds, hairs must be at definite positions on an alpha layer so the game will display them at the right places (look and download Maineim's template and use Gingerless Soul's tutorial to learn to draw SVG hairs that you'll be able to export in PNG files).
Clothes must be in SWF mods to be added (look at Synonymous' [Costume Modding Tutorial] [An Easy Visual Guide] to learn how to make SWF clothes).
