So I have this question about changing modded clothing color because i saw some modded clothing change color on deadreaver's imports (Deadreaver's Imports - (Retiring Soon))
And go to the rosalina one. You see that deadreaver changed the modded clothing's color and i also want to know how to do this.
P.S. I checked the tutorials and guides but didn't find any involving this.

It's important to remember that @deadreaver is a skilled artist. He'll sometimes take a SDT screenshot and then adjust it (using tools such as Photoshop) in order to make it fit the original material more closely. You can always post in his thread, or send him a PM, in order to ask about his techniques.

But it is possible to achieve many of these effects in-game. I assume that you already know about RGB sliders, and that you've found that they cannot perform the desired adjustments (or that the SWF file in question doesn't support RGB sliders at all). The next step is to register the SWF file using moreClothing.

If you aren't already using moreClothing then you'll need to install it first. If you aren't using the SDT Loader at all ... then it might be simpler to just install sby's Loader Pack.

When you register a file with moreClothing, you must specify its filename and give it an alias. Here's a recent post which describes the procedure. You can also use some optional syntax in order to give moreClothing custom instruction about how to handle a mod -- such as treating a suit of clothing as a single item (instead of having it be a set of related items which must be activated by choosing the appropriate items on the Tops selector, Bottoms selector, Gloves selector, etc). One of these optional syntax bits is the +reghue suffix.

If an item is marked with +reghue, then moreClothing will generate a special ARBG slider for it. This is different from the usual set of RGB sliders that you've seen in the "Scene" tab of the in-game menu. These sliders appear on the "Loader" tab, and they'll be identified by the alias that you've chosen above. So you'd switch to the Loader tab of the in-game menu, and then find an entry such as "Rosalina Dress", and then click that entry, and then adjust a few sliders. It's important to remember that these sliders apply specifically to the registered item -- ARGB adjustments made to to the "Rosalina Dress" will not apply to any other clothing worn by the girl! If the Rosalina dress isn't active when you make changes to these sliders, then no visible change will occur and you might believe that the sliders are broken.

Please note that it's possible to use the moreClothing/Loader sliders in combination with the "Scene" tab RGB sliders. The traditional RGB sliders may control only part of a costume (such as adjusting the color of buttons or trim on a jacket) while the Loader RGB sliders will apply a global adjustment to the whole item. The second technique is sometimes "too powerful" because it can change the color of everything (including the outline, shading, etc). It's quite possible to start with a multi-colored and nicely-highlighted costume ... and turn the whole thing into a featureless white blob. Please try to perform minor adjustments at first, and remember that you can always reset the sliders ("X" button) if things get too weird.

If you'd like to walk through a specific example then we can do so. Please get the moreClothing mod installed, and then choose a specific mod to use for the example (along with a specific screenshot, because each Deadreaver preview images us usually a collage of many different screenshots).
