Nah it is just a trailer. Hitman won't really have any Ryona, and quite frankly it is for the better. Hitman is just a awesome series.

The developers said they will have that level playable in the game, they also released some new material on the saints group, though i'll avoid spoilers for now. Apparently the CGI scene is one way to handle the stage, there are apparently other ways to handle the saints group. Also in every hitman game there were always women in stages, so plenty of ryona is possible.
If you don't wish to see Ryona in a good game whatheheck are you doing here lol?
Out of the skepticism, try doing some research and you'll see The "Saints" confirmed to be in the game in "zako" mode.

Because he gets his hopes up that Hitman will have Ryona, and i am fairly sure it wont have any, at least not even close to being good.
And quite frankly i don't "need" it in this game. It is a amazing series and it does not need it to be awesome.

Started playing this last night. It's fun as a stealth/action game. Maybe that goes without saying for some of you but I haven't played any of the other Hitman games. The gameplay felt pretty similar to MGS4 as far as the stealth mechanics go, but on the flip side reminded me of Max Payne when it came to straight action. The game heavily favors you being surgical in your approach when it comes to scoring. Basically killing anybody or even knocking them out makes you lose points unless doing so is specifically part of the objective.
It ran pretty well on my machine (i7 with a nVidia 560 GTX) on the second to highest graphic settings. It has a good visual feel overall with good use of depth of field and some pretty detailed lighting work. The only small problem I've noticed, which is more comical than anything else, is that it has a pretty obvious LOD for models (when 3D graphics meshes and textures are crunched a bit to help with performance) when you're in large crowds. People maybe 5-6 bodies away from you end up with these blurry bowling ball shaped heads that will briefly distort in odd ways as they move closer/further away from you. This might be less of an issue on the highest graphics settings but didn't bother to find out since I don't mind it that much.
Ryona-wise, I just got to part two and there have been no female enemies so far, just civilians that you can subdue or otherwise kill in rather plain ways. I guess I'm getting fairly close to the part with the sexy nuns. I'll try to capture some of that if it hasn't been covered by someone else soon.

According to a wikia site. 2 assasination targets are females (layla and jade) plus the nuns. You can fight them with a simple hand to hand combat if you keep missing the button sequence, the fight gets longer and lose your health as well.
The one of the most interesting is killing Layla Stockton, she not really a zako, more like a villainess. She will strip her clothings and try to kill you with a headshot (she will yell "die motherfucker"). If she succeed she finish you off by stomping you to death.

Recorded several clips of some kills mostly of Lilly. Ryona-wise, the game is pretty decent though the levels with female NPCs are lacking in melee weapons. The main thing this game needs is a level editor. There are also QTE fights with some of the female NPCs that I didn't record. I'm not a big fan of the nun outfits unfortunately.

Layla Stockton, 28 years old, the personal assistant and the right hand of an evil weapon baron Dexter. At the game level Blackwater park/The Penthouse she is the target for Agent 47, but she is under protection by a horde of heavily armed mercenaries, and moreover - she have a plan how to catch and kill Agent 47 =)
In this pack of clips You'll see the following scenes:
1. Panic Room Scene, where Layla tries to distract 47 by stripping and then to kill him. Two clips: Layla kills 47 (and finishes him by stepping on his throat) and Layla killed by 47 when trying to shoot him (silenced shooting)
2. Layla killed by 47 in short melee combat
3. Layla killed by necksnapping
4. Layla killed by katana throw into her face
5. Bodycare, bodyhide
6. Layla poisoned (that just makes her drunk) and killed while walking on the edge of a building by silencing, shotgunning and snipering
7. Layla snipered while smoking on the terrace
8. Silenced on the walk
9. Layla silenced while opening the door and surprised by 47 standing behind it and aming at her
10. Layla shotgunned in back and fallen on table
11. Layla garrotted
