Help with modder.swf please (1 Viewer)

So i have been looking over alot of this and reading tidbits
I am not really modder savy and usually I work things out as i go
I want to try change positions and a couple of posts have alluded to "modder.swf"
i got the modloader package but i do not have modder.swf file . i searched for it and all
can someone please point me in the right directions to get it?

you should use animtools if you want to do more elaborate stuff:

Do not continue to use Modder.swf, support will be dropped.
All functionality provided by Modder.swf is better achieved with different mods such as the above animtools by sby.
