Help with combining mods (1 Viewer)

Hi, I'm new to this and wanted to recreate this Samus in my game. I have the Fusion mod and Rocket Boots mod but I can't load them both so that the Rocket Boots are overlaying the Fusion mod's boots like in the picture. Could someone help me out?

I've had to learn how it's done with the current moreclothingV10. After making sure you have everything from my post there, also make sure to set "+preventoverlayingmods" in the moreclothingV10settings.txt file to 0 or else you won't be able to stack clothing.
